Thank you for shopping with Fundamental Skin. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: $9.95 — estimated 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: $14.95 — estimated 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $90
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and aren't guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect orders once dispatched, and redelivery for incorrectly entered addresses may incur an additional fee.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@fundamentalskin.online and we'll help resolve it. Claims for lost parcels are subject to Australia Post's investigation process.
International shipping
We currently ship only within Australia.
